FirstVerse does NOT collect any personal information. We have no servers, no database, and no backend services processing your data. Your information cannot be collected because we have nowhere to store it.
All your data (bookmarks, preferences, reading history, semantic search activity) is stored only on your device in private app storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.
FirstVerse is designed to run fully offline. All fonts, styling, Bible texts, semantic search models, and verse embeddings are bundled with the app and loaded locally from your device.
The app does not contact external servers for analytics, fonts, AI models, or search processing. Any network activity that occurs is the result of actions you choose, such as:

You are in full control of your data. You can export your data (where available) from within the app, or delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage from your device settings. We cannot recover your data because we never receive or store it.
